BidRep (Automotive Sales Operations)
We are looking for dedicated professionals to help grow our sales department at our launch location in Walpole MA. This position will support our dealership staff and customers, while assisting in building and representing the brand. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Assists top producing BidManagers with selling and delivery of purchased vehicles.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with customers and the entire team.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong internet, mobile phone and social networking skills
- A great work-ethic, Stay self-motivated with minimal supervision throughout the day
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer relation inquiries
- Inbound vehicle processing (tag, stickers, keys, etc)
- Assist with daily dealership operations
- Assist with deliveries/road tests as needed (transport, plating, and parking)
- Provide outstanding internal / external customer service to customers and team members
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
- Assist with outbound prospecting calls/emails, and appointment confirmation calls/emails.
- Assists with digital and vehicle marketing as needed
- Other duties as directed or needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work retail hours
- Computer and smartphone proficient

BidManager (Automotive Sales & Purchasing)
- Serves at the primary vehicle broker (BidManager) for retail vehicle sales.
- Actively uses lead generation tools to sell in stock retail vehicle cars, ensuring accurate customer communication and smooth deliveries
- Sources wholesale markets to inform team buyers of inventory in demand
- Develops a wholesale line of dealer customers to compliment retail customer sales
- Ensures excellent communication with BidCars team members
- Records all customer, lead, vehicle and relevant sale information into dealer systems
- Assist with digital marketing, display marketing, and product/lot arrangement as needed
- Assist with trade/wholesale processing
- Engages guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Effectively communicates in-person, digitally, and via phone to discover customers' wants/needs.
- Guide each customer through the sales cycle with clear compelling and accurate information and completion of all related sales documentation and information
- Other duties as directed or needed
