We are looking for dedicated professionals to help grow our sales department at our launch location in Walpole MA. This position will support our dealership staff and customers, while assisting in building and representing the brand. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Assists top producing BidManagers with selling and delivery of purchased vehicles.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with customers and the entire team.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong internet, mobile phone and social networking skills
- A great work-ethic, Stay self-motivated with minimal supervision throughout the day
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer relation inquiries
- Inbound vehicle processing (tag, stickers, keys, etc)
- Assist with daily dealership operations
- Assist with deliveries/road tests as needed (transport, plating, and parking)
- Provide outstanding internal / external customer service to customers and team members
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
- Assist with outbound prospecting calls/emails, and appointment confirmation calls/emails.
- Assists with digital and vehicle marketing as needed
- Other duties as directed or needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work retail hours
- Computer and smartphone proficient
